Growing Stage
Located at 800 – 1000 meter above sea level, our clove trees get optimal temperature and sunlight for it to grow best.

Harvesting Stage
Clove picking commences once the unopened buds turn from green to pink over the course of five to six months.
At this stage, they are less than 2 cm long. The opened flowers are not valued as a spice. And the harvested flower buds are separated from the clusters by clean hand. We only picked the best one for you!
Drying Stage
When we dry the cloves, the drying process is carried out on the ground which is given a tarpaulin base.
From our experience, drying cloves on concrete or asphalt will trap dew under the tarpaulin, thus hampering the drying process. We learned from our experience to dry the cloves on the ground with tarpaulin, so that the drying process runs more perfectly cause the ground can absorb dew under the tarpaulin.
The drying area is also located far from roads, or residential areas, because we know cloves are very sensitive. By keeping the drying process away from places with a lot of pollution, cloves can be protected from vehicle fumes, cigarette smoke, or dust that can reduce the quality of cloves.
